Every time i get lazy and stop doing my morning routine, bit of stretching, coffee, morning news, shower and brisk walk out with the excuse of getting milk, vegetables or something … it is not as good a day!
guess i’m getting old :))) but gotta say — a good routine helps to get me out of bed quickly.
Have this thing I call “Seinfeld syndrome” — cuz i share it with the famous comedian. If we both stay in bed when waking up, we get flooded with these anxieties about how many problems we have and how bad things are going, but as soon as we are upright — all solved, everything fine :))
The day he explained this anxiety thing whilst waking up in bed and how it was solved by just getting up — i knew exactly what he was saying. Solution for us: go make some coffee and look out the window. Gets better!😀
